CSR

As a human-oriented company, we are convinced that a stable corporate culture should bear social responsibilities and commit to supporting specific associations, social groups or institutes. ELA also takes social responsibility for society - our goal is to convey a sense of purpose and commitment to our employees. Thus, ELA is committed to the following corporate social responsibility areas:

ELA-Art

The passion for art and music called Natascha, the youngest daughter of the founders Daniela and Mátyás, into the family's life.
Natasha is deeply involved in comparative literature and performing arts, which is why ELA supports young artists in Hungary to fulfil the dream of their gallery. ELA has some art pieces hanging in the offices as well.

Why art? Because art is entertaining and thought-provoking at the same time. Art has shaped our society for centuries, so many artists make significant social and societal contributions. We see the CSR contribution not only in the direct support of the artists but also in the positive impact their art has on society.

ELA-Sport

The Runge-Juracsik family is also an enthusiastic sports family.

Matyas Juracsik's football career started at Újpesti Dózsa in Budapest, followed by Italy, Rot-Weiss Essen (RWE) and Wuppertaler SV (WSV) in Germany, and finally Belgium and Switzerland.

His youngest son, Matyas Jr, has already followed in his father's footsteps and is actively playing in Germany.

Football is, therefore, also a passion within the family, which is why ELA supports several football clubs in Hungary to this day.

But football has become one of many sports in the family. Nadja, the eldest daughter of the founders, was also a professional athlete in the Hungarian volleyball league. She finished 3rd in the Hungarian Cup and the championship with the club UTE Volley.

From their time as athletes, Nadja and Matyas bring a lot of team spirit, perseverance and motivation to the company. Daniela is most certainly the team's coach.

Volleyball clubs are also supported by ELA, with the newly founded club UTE Volley being supported entirely by ELA.

Why sport? Sports and team spirit unite people and give a community a sense of belonging, purpose and a shared goal. It also teaches us to grow beyond our limits. Sport is also a powerful way to break out: it gives people from poor backgrounds the opportunity to prove their skills and perseverance. This is particularly inspiring.
